This balm is mostly oil based carefully formulated with emolient and plant based emulsifiers that will help to rinse the oil. It helps  remove face make up. Your lashes may need extra help depending on the mascare you use. Simply splash your face with water, distribute dime size amount of balm all over the face. It may feel greasy until you rinse and pat your face dry. You will be surprised how supple yet clean your skin will be.
